Shearing Capabilities

Cincinatti Shear Capacity:

1/4" x 10' Sheet Metal. If your tank or pressure tank requires thicker walls than our shear can accomodate (though 1/4" is thick enough for most small tanks), we can acquire thicker metal and roll it to the needed specifications.

 

More Information:

Welding & Brazing Capabilities

Thermal Bonding Services:

BMP's services include three of the most common metal thermal bonding tools required for tank manufacturing:

 

MIG Welding: strength bonding, additional material added, used with most tanks, especially larger ones with 2' or more in diameter, or those that require significant pressure tolerances.

 

TIG Welding: intermediate strength, no additional material needed in some cases. Small, less-intrusive welds for your tanks' add-ons, valves, tubes, coils, etc.

 

Brazing: thermal bonding of brass & coppers
